Nice comfy base for discovering Sanur with easy going staff who provide a very good service. Newly renovated & contemporary room with private balcony. Fantastic and stunning location near by the golf course and easy access to a shopping area and a night market. And a couple of blocks away from a relaxed beach.

Good hot and extensive breakfast at reasonable prices, thanks a lot. The deluxe king room is stylish and has a minibar, a work desk, and television with satellite channels.

Everything was exceptional, yet a few employees were really bad. We had an excellent service, perfect and delicious breakfast.

Overall clean and perfect place, has lovely views of the ocean. The units are contemporary, functional. Staff is superbly friendly and extremely accommodating and you can park your car on-site. The services are good, including an excellent pool. Convenient to have a tour desk in the reception.

A huge variety of tasty food for meals. Location next to ‘ three onsite restaurants', the beach and restaurant and Uluwatu for Surfing and temple amazing place.

As young families, we loved the friendly staff, well-maintained grounds, and amazing pools. The a la carte breakfast and perks of being a club member were a highlight. The location was convenient, and we enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. The cafe with Byrd partnership offered delicious cakes and coffee. The hotel also had great biodiversity, with birds, fishes, turtles, and friendly pets. The big playground kept our kids entertained, and the library and spa were nice additions.

We were degraded to a poovilla. Just great. Change towels several times a day if necessary. Everywhere in the, hotel there was free water. In the evening you got chocolate... It was super clean

Location and layout of the hotel complex, bungalows and houses hidden in the very well maintained garden with old trees. There are also some animals like ducks and fish in the pond.
